The Expressive Arts Program, then often called The Peaceful Puppets Program, was first described in the Fall 1987 version of The Pacific Primary Solar as “a fascinating learning experiment which focuses on growing youngsters’s negotiating, storytelling and drawback solving abilities.” Reading this again, twenty five years after it is conception, I’m reminded of the many modifications this system has skilled whereas conserving true to it is core values: peace education for younger children.
